On November 9, the opening ceremony of the 12th “Reading · Culture” Festival of SHOU & the launching ceremony of 2019 “Beautiful Fishing Villages, Safe Fishery Industry” Chinese Fishery Photography Exhibition were held in the hall on the third floor of the Tuwen Information Center. Present at the ceremonies were Song Mingchang, former Party member of the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television; Li Jianhua, President of China Fishery Mutual Insurance Association and former Chief of the Fisheries Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture; Wu Jiamin, Secretary of SHOU CPC Committee; Zheng Weidong, member of the Standing Committee of SHOU CPC Committee and Director of the Propaganda Department. They presented the certificates of honor to the winners of “SHOU Essay Competition” and “Readers of SHOU”.
