On November 13-14, 2019 China Society of Fisheries Fanli Academic Conference & the 4th China Society of Fisheries Fanli Science & Technology Award presentation ceremony were held in Nanning, Guangxi, and winners of this award received their prizes at the event. Four projects of SHOU won prizes, including the “Genetic evaluation of grass carp germplasm resources and critical technologies for germplasm innovation” project completed under the leadership of professor Li Jiale (first prize for progress in science and technology); the “Research and applications of critical technologies for the development of oceanic squid resources in the central eastern Pacific” project completed under the leadership of professor Liu Bilin; the “Research and applications of fishery Internet of things and smart information service technologies” project completed under the leadership of professor Chen Ming; and the “Critical technologies for the quality evaluation and control of shrimp products” project completed under the leadership of professor Zhao Yong. The last three projects all won second prizes for progress in science and technology.
