Foreign Cooperative Institutions Sending Their Consolation Letters to SHOU for the COVID-19 Outbreak

Recently, many cooperative institutions of SHOU have extended their warmest regards to SHOU for the COVID-19 outbreak by consolidation letters, emails, and videos, including the University of Manchester, East Carolina University, and Tamil Nadu Fisheries University. So far, a total of 13 universities, international organizations, and governmental agencies having cooperative relationships with SHOU have expressed their concerns for China from Malaysia, Ghana, Australia, Portugal, New Zealand, India, the US, Bangladesh, Thailand, the UK, etc.

Professor Keith Brennan, Deputy Dean in charge of international affairs of the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health of the University of Manchester, has sent his consolation email to SHOU for the COVID-19 outbreak, and expressed his concerns for the progression of the epidemic in China, and for our teachers and students.

Professor Jon Rezek, Assistant Vice President in charge of international affairs of East Carolina University has sent a consolation letter, and expressed his concerns for the spread of the coronavirus in Hubei Province of China and in other regions across the globe over the past months. He has also expressed his strong belief in China’s ability to return to normal, as China is a country full of energy and resilience and the Chinese people are known for their diligence and wisdom. 

Professor G. Jeyasekaran, Director of the Office of Science and Technology of Tamil Nadu Fisheries University, has sent a consolation email to SHOU. He said that, at the critical moment of the epidemic, they have been praying for the Chinese people, and expressed his hope that the Chinese people would win the battle soon.
