At the invitation of South Pacific Regional Fisheries Management Organization (SPRFMO) and as assigned by the Fisheries Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, Li Gang, Liu Bilin, Wang Congcong, and doctoral student Xu Luoliang from the College of Marine Science attended the 2nd Squid Working Group Meeting and 7th Scientific Committee Meeting of SPRFMO on October 5-12, 2019, as the representatives of Chinese fishery scientists with the approval of SHOU. Representatives from the members of SPRFMO and other related international organizations also attended the meetings as non-voting attendees, including China, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Russia, Peru, Chile, Vanuatu, Ecuador, Cuba, Cook Islands, Taiwan (China), etc.
