For the purposes of better carrying out the Noticeof the State Council about Several Provisions on the Issue and Implementationof the Law of the PRC on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific andTechnological Achievements, and encouraging and promoting the socialtransfer and industrialization of the outstanding scientific and technologicalachievements of SHOU in various disciplinary fields, the unveiling ceremony of the Technology Transfer Center and Technology Transfer Company ofShanghai Ocean University was grandly held on the morning of July, 5.
Present at the ceremony were Lu Zhen, Deputy Director of the Scientificand Technological Development Center of Shanghai Municipal EducationCommission; Zhang Yonghua, Deputy Director of the Scientific and TechnologicalDevelopment Center of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission; Gong Hongbing,Deputy Director of the Office of Trade and Economic Cooperation of ShanghaiLingang Area Development Administration; Mo Jianying, Deputy Director of the Technology Transfer Center of Shanghai Ocean University. At the meeting, General Manager Wu Jionghua gave anaccount of the preparation of the technology transfer system of our university;Yu Yuan, Chief of the HR Department, read out the founding document of theTechnology Transfer Center; Ni Guojin, General Manager of the Assets Company,read out the founding resolution of the Technology Transfer Company; LiYancheng, Vice President of Shanghai Ocean University and Chairman of theTechnology Transfer Company, appointed Wu Jionghua as General Manager of thecompany on behalf of the board of directors; Li Jiale, Vice President ofShanghai Ocean University and Director of the Technology Transfer Center,issued certificates to the scientific and technical personnel who had obtainedthe qualifications of Shanghai Technical Broker, and signed a technologytransfer contract with Shanghai Fisheries General Corporation(Group)(SFGCG)and Shanghai Deyu Marine Science & Technology Co., Ltd.
