After one year’s design and implementation work, SHOU, Zhejiang Xiangshan Xuwen Seaweed Food Company, and Jiangsu Xianzhiyuan Food Company, through cooperation, successfully invented the Enteromorpha Processor recently, which ran well when put in test-run in the workshop of Xianzhiyuan Company. With one-week adjusting, the products from the processor finally met the quality standard and realized the project objective, indicating the official operation of the first processor for green enteromorpha food in Jiangsu. Invention of the processor is of great significance for use of green algae resources and for control of outburst of green tide.
