On April 1, 2015, at the invitation of Polar Marine Ecological Laboratory, a key laboratory authorized by the Ministry of Education and jointly constructed by the Province and the Ministry of Education on the sustainable development of ocean fishery resources, Doctor Anthony Worby, Director of the Antarctic Climate and Ecosystems Cooperative Research Centre in Australia, Visited Our university and had a in-depth discussion and exchange on the event that our university became a partner of this center.
Through the exchange, the popularity of our university in the international polar research was improved. The exchange provided a good opportunity for our university to be integrated in the international polar research platform, and played a positive role in promoting the further development in the field of polar oceanography and polar biology and ecology in our university.
