Professor Lv Liqun, the head of the major of aquatic animal medicine and associate professor Song Zeng-Fu went to Lake Superior State University for communication and study on the construction of the major of aquatic animal medicine. Tony Mclain, Chancellor of Lake Superior State University, Morrie Walwort, Vice-Chancellor and Provost, Professor Barbara kelle, Dean of College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Professor Nancy speer kirkpatrick, Dean of Biology Department, Dr. Yang Guidi, director of international division as well as Dr. Li Jun, the person in charge of the major conducted friendly talks respectively with them and reached an initial agreement on sending students majoring in aquatic medical students from SHOU to exchange study in Lake Superior State University.
Throughhrough the talks, the two sides reached agreement on the exchange of learning; The 3 +1 exchange program model is applicable to the students majoring in aquatic animal medicine from SHOU to exchange study in Lake Superior State University, which means the students could focus on thesis and the corresponding courses in the US after completing the three-year course study in SHOU.
