On the morning of December 3, 2013, Dr. Sandra Cairncross, dean of the college of Computer Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University and deputy dean Murry MacCallum visited SHOU.
The two sides reached a preliminary 2 +2 and 3 +1 model cooperation in terms of cooperation model and teacher exchange. Both sides wish to take this opportunity to continue to promote student exchange programs, realizing the fruitful result of mutual exchange and cooperation.
