A delegation of 3 members led by Professor Joe Bessie, vice chancellor of University of Wisconsin-Stout visited SHOU on Nov. 18th 2013. Both sides had an in-depth discussion about student exchanges and short-term educational exchanges and hoped to take this chance to promote student exchanges to have more fruitful cooperative accomplishment.
