On July 8，president delegation of Tasmania University (UTAS), Australia, visited Shanghai Ocean University (SHOU). During the visit, UTAS and SHOU reached consensus on associated application of a new major —— Logistics Management in September, which aims to introduce and utilize the advanced talents training concept and teaching method of UTAS, improve the quality of SHOU education in logistics management, satisfy the tremendous demand for talents in this field and further strengthen our cooperation on science and research.
